Does not work. All of these methods tell me the file is too large

i think the pics need to be less then 250kb

Try e-mailing the pictures to yourself. They will be re-sized to a smaller file size and you can use those.

If you have windows XP, you can download an easy resizer tool here

 

If you have Vista, the tool is built in. The ideal size to post on here is 640x480 and under 150k in size
