How To Transfer Boat Ownership?

 I bought a used boat and am wondering if I need to transfer ownership and what is the correct site to do that from.  I have registered my trailer and have a plate for that,  Service Ontario does not transfer ownership I asked them when I was there.  The web site below keeps coming up in my google searches but people I've talked to with boats have never hard of it.

Transport Canada. Not required for boats powered by 9.9 hp or less. Online transfer. You will need bill of sale, name of previous owner. Be prepared to get a letter from Finance Ontario asking you how much you paid as they want the HST.
