I bought a used boat and am wondering if I need to transfer ownership and what is the correct site to do that from. I have registered my trailer and have a plate for that, Service Ontario does not transfer ownership I asked them when I was there. The web site below keeps coming up in my google searches but people I've talked to with boats have never hard of it. https://canadianvesselregistry.ca/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.
