Cheap drone at Costco

Any thoughts on this drone?  I don’t want to spend a grand on a serious drone.

It’s not going to be much at that price 

 it looks like it uses your phones WiFi to control and to see video I don’t see a  memory card so if you can record  video it will be on your phone
