The three local lakes near me are toast / drained for the season (reservoirs). Looking for productive waters that are say within 1.5 hours of Guelph. Wondering if trolling in front of the river mouths on lake O or Huron would be good, or if they would be mostly run and done. Smaller lakes for pike and bass would be good too. Thoughts? We’ve decided to try trolling in and out of the Saugeen and if that’s a bust, that’s our backup plan.
