At least they didn't get wet. I can't see  the plates on the truck but I would bet that crew is from West Virginia. Maybe Ohio, sorry my Buckeye friend. To tell you the truth I've seen just as bad or worse here on a weekend sitting on the patio at Hoover's Marina in Nanticoke On. Especially the Sunday afternoon of the Pottahawk weekend blowout bash.
