tylerrolls Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 anyone know any good spots to do some shorefishing for bass in or around Barrie, Ontario??
Rizzo Posted October 6, 2015 Report Posted October 6, 2015 even though I never tried it while I lived there, I imagine the whole Barrie shoreline could produce smallmouth. Lots of rocky breakwalls.
davey buoy Posted October 6, 2015 Report Posted October 6, 2015 Park on the Lake shore and take a walk.Your bound to see others fishing .You never know what you could catch !
Ronzo Posted October 6, 2015 Report Posted October 6, 2015 I've caught a couple nice smallies from shore on the Barrie waterfront. I usually go to the north-east portion of the park (where the shore runs north-south), and you can cast out toward the bay. Have had decent luck just chucking tubes and working them back to shore.
