brkygetr
Fellas. Buddy sent me this pic of his 79' Evinrude that he just brought back to life. Apparently something is still amiss. Any ideas.
aplumma
tough to say but it looks like it is onthe exhaust side of the engine. Do a compression test to start the diagnostic procedure Art
Old Ironmaker
It could be as simple as a bad seal on the outdrive. It could be about anything in between. Clean it up, remove, seal and bolt back together and go through the diagnostics as our American cousin who also happens to be a marine Guru as well suggests.
