We had a fish dinner Tuesday of some of the walleyes Jamie & I got on Erie...

I think I got my neighbor Greg converted to maybe fishin' for Walleye !!?

I've been werkin' on the honey-do crap too...new deck..but, I just can't get good help!

Thought I'd fire up Ol' Nellie today.. ( Smoker.."STICK burner", btw..no puzzy gas or electric smoker here :>}...)

Smoked a rack of baby backs, half-rack of spares, & baked taters in the smoker..

My boy Jake cooked the steaks on the grill..Wife cooked the corn...

Nice feed. Is that composite decking? How do you like working with it?

Yeh, I like it ...Lowe's had decking on sale here couple weeks ago. $1.45 / linear foot. There's a tool out now called "CAMO"...it spaces the boards & aligns the screws so they're hidden. The only drawback is the screws are expensive.

 

My pool deck is 8 years old now...very little maintenance required.

My fleet of smokers..2 UDS, (ugly drum smokers, & Ol' Nellie, a homemade horizontal...

 

 

 

But, I get visitors now & then...

I keep meaning to build a uds, my weber is a good all around cooker, but the possibilities with a uds are limitless.....
