Cannot take the propeller out from my trolling motor

Hi,

 

Try to take out my propeller from my Minn Kota with 55 lbs, thurst.

 

I even turned the nuts, or tried to unscrew it but not success.

 

Any inputs are highly appreciated!

what is happening when you turn/try to turn the nuts is the shaft turning are they not moving..2 nuts.. is there one screwed down to a second one on the threaded shaft

get an open or round wrench and flathead screwdriver. (tm bolt should have a slot to insert screwdriver) flathead will hold bolt in place while you back off nut.

Mine just has a nylock nut and washer. Hold the prop and turn it off. Lefty loosy.
