DRIFTER_016 Posted May 8, 2013 Report Posted May 8, 2013 A buddy of mine that has a commercial fishing license for Great Slave Lake brough me a couple of nice chunks of lake trout fer eats. The 2 chunks he gave me made up the latter 2/3 of one fillet. The first chunk went on the BBQ last week. This: Became this X2: Tonight I carved up the bigger piece.
