ttahhan Posted October 1, 2012 Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 Yes...lol this has happened to me as well...reeling up a bass and then the famous V and thump and now your fighting a muskie.....although my muskies have never totally swallowed the bass so only the bass was hooked......and its awesome when they hit up close ...little freaky even. Had it happen too but......never swallowed, always held sideways. Recall one paniced walleye that surfed about 25' of topwater when a rather largesse NP let off on the bite.Its a wicked world down there.
