When do you shut it down for the Winter?

Thanks to my IBS ice fishing, in fact most outdoor cold weather activity, is not possible. A cold draft across my abdomen is one sure way of setting it off, along with many other triggers. I can bundle up, but if it hits me then I have to get out of it quickly. So when the weather is cold enough to require me to dress like an astronaut, fishing goes into hibernation until spring.

The problem with ice fishing is that it takes so long to make a hole big enough to fit the boat in.
