2007 Navionics Gold

I just purchased the new Humminbird 797C2 Si and I need the new 2007 Navionics card....I'm not sure which is the best one. I need the one that covers the trent water system, great lakes etc. What's the difference between the SD and CF or MMC cards?

 

Where is the cheapest place to purchase in Canada?
