RIP Lloyd Brevett.

 

 

This guy was a pioneer of what we know as reggae.

 

 

Ska music was the theme tune for my generation during the gloomy, recession hit years of Thatcher's Britain.

Im not familiar, but you could easily see some inspiration on other artists.

the Servegera(sp) used to be our home base; one step beyond, the izen brothers, fat cats.. man that was a spompin' good time!!! and the epic after parties ..

 

I've lost my touch, have not been to a live show in years.
