miller
after wanting to get one for quite some time and recently seeing once again how effective it can be i finally bit the bullet and picked up my first centerpin. i picked up the okuma aventa and a 13' st. croix avid. took thursday off in hopes to break it in and it was quite a successful day. ended up going 6 for 9. heres a few pics

TerryC
WTG, Haven't seen ya around your local haunts this fall, looks like you have upgraded locations a little bit. Is that the combo that I saw at Grimsby Tackle? Cheers, Clarence

EC1
Took me about 10 trips before I got my very first a couple years back. Haven't gotten one since. That's great you went 6 for 9. Go get them again soon!
Ralph Field
Congratulations on your outing. I know the rings on your rod fit tight but I would strongly recommend that you tape them in place so you can't knock one loose and have your reel fall off.
