Pepe
Hey guys, I justed cured a batch of roe this week, used my usual method of salt curing (been doing it the same for 10 years)and my eggs are alot jucier than normally, there are alot that bursted and there is alot of liquid in the jars. What should I do to save them? Should I drain the liquid ? Please give me your opinion on this. Thanks Pepe

Paulus
I agree with Spiel. But keep some of the wet goopy stuff and tie it as is. It will work wonders in slow, froggy water. Trust me. p.-
