I headed to Lakeview Marina here in Windsor last night to take some shots of the approaching storm. I ended up being pretty far away from my car when the storm hit and I got soaked but it was totally worth it!

nice shots, mind sharing what settings (aperture, shutter, iso) you would use to capture lightning?

Thanks Brandon, it does.

If I recall correctly mine was a 30sec exposure as well, don't recall aperture or ISO. I need a better cam, it taken with an old(ish) Panasonic FZ7 P&S on a tripod.

Raf, that's a great pic man! Keep at it! I've tried to capture a few night sequences but they seem super grainy even @ ISO100.. I'll post some up from my recent Nipigon trip.
