guess what, there's a huge difference between pointing a firearm at something that is living, breathing and walking. Making sure that living, breathing thing is not a human being is a lot more important than trying to identify a fish after you've caught it. So you think the consequences are the same if you accidentally shoot a human, mistaking it for somethig else, compared to keeping an OOS fish?
