dannyboy Posted May 17, 2011 Report Posted May 17, 2011 My son has turned 18 and needs an Ontario fishing license, I mistakenly thought I could buy one on line. He is a Canadian citizen and Ontario resident, can I buy one at a local tackle shop for him? I checked on line but couldn't find an answer. thanks Dan
bigugli Posted May 17, 2011 Report Posted May 17, 2011 Sure you can, but only a 1 year. If you want to buy him a 3 year you need to go to a Service Ontario outlet. I did the same for my son a few years back when he turned 18.
dannyboy Posted May 17, 2011 Author Report Posted May 17, 2011 Thanks, will stop by Grimsby Tackle after work for one. Dan
GBW Posted May 17, 2011 Report Posted May 17, 2011 your son has to be with you to get it. I tried to get one for my wife last year at a CTC store and they wouldn't let me.
