The Urban Fisherman Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 Hey guys, As I have a young family and wife who's spent a good part of the past few years being preggo haha I've always kept an eye on the guide to eating Ontario sportfish. They've gone and created an online interactive version which is pretty cool. Thought I'd pass the link along. Cheers, Ryan http://www.ene.gov.on.ca/environment/en/mapping/sportfish/index.htm
The Urban Fisherman Posted March 18, 2011 Author Report Posted March 18, 2011 That's pretty cool. Way easier than using the PDF. Only one problem though....according to this guide, it's ok for me to eat any size walleye from Scugog:whistling: hey don't worry I just found out that my beloved bluegill are laced with Mercury! SO STAY AWAY FROM 'EM and leave them for me and the kids to catch!
Homer Is King Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 Thanks for posting. That is much easier than going through the PDF version!
kickingfrog Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 Yalls gots to catch 'em, if yalls wants to eats 'ems. Just sayin'. Thanks for the link.
chessy Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 (edited) going to be intresting to see what happens to people that have charters and what people keep, seeing they seem not to be good to eat Edited March 18, 2011 by chessy
shimano25 Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 Thanks this is useful. Some spots are off-target though.
