Rodwrap Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 We've been coming up to the Kawarthas for 37 yrs. What do we need ( PA & NY residents) as far as boater certificates? We have passports, insurance on boats, some have resident state safe boater's certificates. We all have our "outdoor cards" from Ontario... Thanks For the info!!
