chris.brock Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 We are thinking about a trip to Windsor Lake on the Attawapiskat. We usually get our maps from the MNR store (base maps). They don't cover some northern areas including this river. Does anyone have an idea of how to get a decent map? So I can look at it, and dream, through the long winter. thanks
irishfield Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 Doesn't give you much detail.. but it would probably help you plan a route. Zoom and zoom and zoom... http://www.lio.ontario.ca/imf-ows/imf.jsp?site=clupa_en
sweetpea Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 I'm not sure if this is any more detail then anything you already have or not.http:Windsor Lake

solopaddler Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Nice gesture by Eddie for sure. Chris for what it's worth I believe you're incorrect in that the 1:50,000 series tops are indeed available and do cover Windsor lake.
