Not sure about right down town having worms but Le Baron is west Ottawa and has them, Oziles http://www.oziles.com/ has them east end, and I'm pretty sure any Canadian tire has them.

There's a park across the street from Billings Avenue on Riverside Drive...while heading south on Bank take a left after the bridge MILLIONS of 'em ... never bought worms while living in OT.

Buy some 2 or preferably 3 inch power grubs and some 1/8 ounce jig heads instead. I forget the actual name of the colour, but the brown one works best for me.

 

They work just as well and will last a lot longer on the hook than a worm. You won't have to re-bait near as often.

Worms are sold at gas stations in "drop your money into the worm box slot".....

 

Every corner store should have worms in their fridge.
