Mistinikon Lake/ Horseshoe Island camp

Has anybody ever fished there? Its west of New Liskard. We are going up next week, gonna try for walleye, bass, and pike.

 

How is the fishing there?

 

Any tips/ locations to try on this lake?

i was up there 2 summers ago. the fishing there is great! i cant really help you out with specfic spotS...we ended up fishing and catching all over the whole lake. its a long narrow lake, so its easy to navigate and not get lost. theres a bridge a few km from the camp where the locals were jigging for walleye. i would just recommend to spend your first day trying random spots throughout the lake, and trolling between spots.

Fished there for a week 5 years ago and thought the fishing was so-so, walleye were tough but ran into some decent small mouth
