I caught a nice 3lb trout and decided to keep it for the table..Anyone got a simple way to make it? :dunno:

Fillet, skin, remove lateral line and bones then stuff the left overs in the recycling bin (garbage).

Pan fried with a little lemon pepper is the best IMO. :)

Debone,butterfly and cover with lemon butter.Wrap in foil and toss on the grill for a few minutes.Sort of poach them in foil.MMMM good eats.

if you like to fry fish i'd do it in butter, medium heat, rolled in flour, sprinkled with salt and pepper....lemon juice at the end...

 

 

in the oven i like to smear it with mayo, top with dill and lemon and bake for 20 minutes.
