Looking for a place to reguide my rod...

Looking for a store that does a good job at re guiding rods close to Ottawa. I have a quantum tour edition and want the 4 upper guides re guided. Does Reel to Reel in stittsville do a good job?

Just picked up 6 reels from them that were in for a cleaning ...They did such a good job ..I brought them 6 more....

Try to do it yourself,there is a guy or two here that can help you through it.Spiel has put some guides on one of my rods,as well as the handle,the seat ..well he built the whole durn thing he did.There are also some other rod builders here .

Well if you were closer to Hamilton I'd be happy to do it for you but since you're not why not try and do it yourself as Daplumma suggested. It's not difficult and there's plenty of online info and I'd be happy to offer any needed advice.

I also recommend doing it yourself. It's real easy to do. To finish the job, buy some 2 part epoxy type varnish that is specially made for protecting rod windings. The finished job will look exactly like the original.
