redneck666 Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 hey folks, im lookin to get out salmon fishing tomorrow morning at 4:00am! any advice for preferable tackle for salmon in the st. mary's river would be great.(i got the cleo thing down, just lookin for somethin new?) if anyone can answer this question, thanks in advance: does a roe, hook, and slip sinker set up produce, or.....? i've been wanting to try it for a while. JP

redneck666 Posted September 4, 2009 Author Report Posted September 4, 2009 well..... them salmon certainly didnt want spoons of any kind today, a guy caught 2 salmon on a buzz bomb, and the other guys were bouncing around roe and thats deffinately what they wanted today.... but i did get into a school of mixed salmon (mostly pinks) which had a king roaming around with them, but i casted out the ol' cleos and had some followers but no hits.... JP
