alphaalpha Posted May 1, 2009 Report Posted May 1, 2009 So my buddy and i that just started drift fishing last fall got out for the second time this spring on thursday morning. we started off slow working our way up the creek, about an hour into it i pulled in my first fish of the morning having yet to land a fish drifting i set him up in the exact spot i just got that one. not 3 casts later he hooks into and lands his first, Congrats bud! feeling generous i leave him to the spot and move up stream further. when i hook into this a few minutes later, guess kharma swung my way this time that was pretty much it for the rest of the morning, had a small brown break my line because i neglected to retie after a snag. i won't make that mistake again... not a huge amount of fish but big excitment for us noobs, can't wait to get back on the water AA.
