tdotfisherman Posted September 10, 2008 Report Posted September 10, 2008 Lots of Nothern Pike in the area.. if your fishing, a fluorocarbon or wire leader is a good thing..
Raf Posted September 10, 2008 Report Posted September 10, 2008 hopefully, your friend knows where all the rocks are.
bigugli Posted September 10, 2008 Report Posted September 10, 2008 Stop in at the tackle shop on #69. The proprietor also owns a small lodge on the bay. He is always very helpful. Like said before, lots of pike, but don't overlook the bass.
Casey123 Posted September 10, 2008 Report Posted September 10, 2008 Awesome SmallMouth - Find the sunken Sailboat - enough said!
GbayGiant Posted September 10, 2008 Report Posted September 10, 2008 (edited) What are you fishing for ? fish still haven't moved into the river not cold enough. And yes watch out for unmarked rocks all over the bay. Big smallies are hitting on shallow rock. Worms or minnows are working. Edited September 11, 2008 by GbayGiant
