trophypikehunter Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 (edited) I got an Ambessedaur 7000 from my grandfather and he used it for trolling Salomon in Lake O, I was wondering if I could use this for pier fishing for Salmon this year??? Raf Posted August 7, 2008 Report Share Posted August 7, 2008 i'm no pier fishing expert but the 7000 should be just fine. i know they will cast a mile and you won't have issues with line capacity . i'd suggest a long 8-6"+ rod but again i'm no pier pro.
