walleyemen Posted April 28, 2008 Report Share Posted April 28, 2008 (edited) If you have a g.p.s you should be o.k, but i too got the N.y Licence just to be sure and plus i get to fish bass earlier.Try this.... www.dec.ny.gov Click fishing, then freshwater and on the right side of the page you'll see licences. hope this helps ya! I spend alot of time on the lower river and I've driven right up too the US coast guard zodiac and asked them specifically about the dif. safety regs. sirfish Posted April 30, 2008 Report Share Posted April 30, 2008 Once you cross the Queenston /lewiston bridge get on the Robert moses parkway and follow downstream to lewiston and go to the bait/tackle down at the rivers edge.
