Cookslav Posted April 5, 2008 Report Posted April 5, 2008 I've not been close enough to any stream or river to dip my net... But I got that itch fer sure, and this time its not one that requires a cream! Soon...oh yes....soon!
huntervasili Posted April 5, 2008 Report Posted April 5, 2008 Ohh dang, i have procrastinated my tying for way too damn long now... BWO tying time dont want to have to run out on the water... I will be looking next time I am on the river, which hopefully is tomorrow
natemr2 Posted April 5, 2008 Report Posted April 5, 2008 Stone fly hatch was very late here this year, I only began to see numbers of them this week, last week fish were sipping something off the surface in good number, I assume it was stone flys, from my fishing log everything seems a bit later this year.
Beans Posted April 5, 2008 Report Posted April 5, 2008 Saw my first 'skeeter of 2008 yesterday on the window pane beside my recliner... quickly squashed it to smithereens...

Ramble Posted April 6, 2008 Author Report Posted April 6, 2008 Saw a few more insects buzzing around my balcony today. With this nice warm weather they all should start moving around a little more. If i wasn't so busy with end of term work i'd be down at the river.
