Any one seeing any action yet??

I spotted a Chironomidae midge yesterday, and a winter stone fly a few weeks back.

Anyone seeing any blue-winged olives??

Stone fly hatch was very late here this year, I only began to see numbers of them this week, last week fish were sipping something off the surface in good number, I assume it was stone flys, from my fishing log everything seems a bit later this year.

Saw a few more insects buzzing around my balcony today. With this nice warm weather they all should start moving around a little more. If i wasn't so busy with end of term work i'd be down at the river.
