Open water in the Oakville area?

Anybody know of a decent place to get a line in the water in the Oakville area? I will be visiting inlaws and wouldn't mind getting out early on Sunday: shore or river. Can I bribe anyone with some trout or walleye jigs?

The Bronte creek pier is an option.

Just click on the camera map then choose the great lakes camera you wish to view. Bronte is the only Canadian camera offered.
