Ive been scared to look, my hut is one of those off in the distance. Bring on the cold, so I can go check up on it. The fishing has been great any day I can get out there, when your only sitting on 5 inches and it gets warm and the lake looks grey, stay away!! I will be back when its Black!!! Wow that even rhymed

Don't know about too much more "black" ice for this season, seems like ya get a day of cold then it melts/rains or whatever to slow the icemaking process. The suns getting a little higher in the sky every day, doesn't help either.
