Stoty Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 Just wondering what the ice conditions are of Lake Simcoe? I have never ice fished Simcoe before, but was thinking about going next weekend. Also, some helpful tips on where to go would be appreciated. I am looking for walleye/perch/crappie. Thanks in advance.
Fisherman Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 (edited) Hmmm, what Clamp-it said. Walleye, mostly found around Talbot area in the spring, Crappie, they go south for the winter and show up when the ice melts in little marinas and harbours. Edited January 31, 2008 by Fisherman

FishFinder Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 pretty sure you can catch a perch anywhere you drop a line in that lake
