I did this for a xmas present, so I couldn't show it until after the grand day.

 

"Maverick", 16 x 20 on canvas.

 

He is an up and coming champion, a buddy to the last Brittany painting I did.

Not my dogs, but I follow their doggy careers. They even have a website.

very nice work. I had the opportunity of watching just such a dog work this fall, one of the most pleasurable days afield ive enjoyed. I think you just made up my mind as to the dog Im gonna get.
