Well, after the last 2 days the older boy wanted a shot at one of these fish so after supper off we went.No sign of any pike this time and action was slow to start. He didn't want to get his shoes wet so thought it would be better to just wear his socks.

He was the first to catch a fish.

Haha Gerrit, thats pretty funny :) I'm still jealous of your location in Paris - being able to walk from your place to 2 different rivers every night would cause me to cancel my TV subscription (well maybe not WFN).

I hear ya Tbayboy.I think I have been out everyday since you were down.I was really missing out by not taking a 5 minute walk.

Yeah Xrap,I think I made him mad,lol and as far as his smile,it will be when he is holding the bigger fish

While I may not reply to all of them, I do enjoy your posts, it's good to see you getting out with your boys....and ya, it doesn't hurt that you're so close to the water ;)

Great report! I think your son has a face of detemination! Good going yet again...one day I'll be reading about a huge pike or another massive fish that you or your son pull out of there. Great scenery shots...thanks! Good luck today!
