bigfish1965
Lots of damaged boats here for our friends down south. Clearly snow was not a consideration when the facilities were constructed...and why would it be? http://di-vo.net/diozarks/

danc
Well, snow has a lot of weight to it, and it doesn't drain off of a roof. There's certainly been some weird weather happenings in the past decade or so. And more to come I'm sure. Lake Superior is down 20" right now. And that's a lot of water. Water that is somewhere else on the planet causing major flooding. Strange stuff indeed. Strange, but scary.

Whopper
Pretty wild stuff, covers definetly weren't designed for snow load. Don't know if I'd want to be the one shoveling snow off the covers though.
