In case any of you are in the same boat I am, with soft water almost over and a few reels needing service.

 

I thought I'd call before I used the address on the warrantee cards in the boxes... before sending my 22 yr old Mag II and a used only twice Pen 209 in for repairs.

If it's the same guy a friend of mine went to, he did good work on his old Mitchell. I'm hoping to take a couple of mine in over the winter for a good cleaning and tune up. I figure if I try to do it myself, I'll wreck the things
