My partner & I were fishing & JP & Greg came along & we mentioned that the water was like 84 degrees & JP said that they knew they'd been swimming then he told us what happened & we both thought I don't think I'd be fishing the rest of the day but wow, there was a comment made later it was Greg's 1st tourney & maybe his 1st ride in a bass boat, one he'll never forget, JP can tell you the rest if he wants too, very glad every body seemed OK Richard
  2. Why not put a board or pipe across the back rack & lift the front put it on the pipe lift the back & push it forward til in place, you would need something wide enough the boat won't slide off the side Richard

  4. Never been there before but I'll be prefishing Friday for a CBAF Tourney Saturday, should be a great weekend with a bunch of great fisherman, let you know how it turns out Richard

  12. A couple buddies & I use the BPS XPS Series & haven't had a problem with them, also Strike King, Storm & Rapala but they will all break Richard

  14. Hey Nice bumping into you guys to bad the fishing was so slow we got 2 Pike & 2 Bass, much better Sunday on the Maitland about 20 Smallies all under 15" but My 4 yr old Grand daughter got 4 Smallies & 2 rock Bass Richard

I've had a 16' Big Chief Canoe for 30 yrs & a 17' Cowan Canoe for 15 yrs love them both had My kids canoeing since they were 2 & 3 yrs old over 20 yrs no problem, try kneeling down it makes most canoes very stable, my daughter started canoeing on her own with a friend at 11 yrs old & that's 14 yrs ago, mostly Saugeen & Maitland River Richard
  16. My lips are sealed, I have a 1985 Skeeter FS with a 60hp on it bone white, we caught 15 or 20 mostly smallies under 2 lbs on tubes & jerk baits mostly & had a few nice Lmbss hit swim baits Richard
  17. We missed seeing you guys by minutes talking to another fisherman he said you were on the lake in a Bass Cat I believe, not too bad of a show at all, I liked the one on Champlain, I recognized a few spots that I fished around Ticoneroga Richard

Started with a flipp'n jig then buzzbait, chatterbait, spinnerbait, finally Frog & 7 LMbass later had to leave to go to a wedding in Elmira, thunder was roaring as we were packing up perfect timing, no pictures because of the steady rain, but everything was between 1.5 & 2 lbs, can't wait til tomorrow, Smallies here we come Richard
  21. Just keep doing your job & lock up who ever needs to be to keep the peace, there are more idiots in the world then we can handle, I'll be in Toronto Tuesday & Wednesday hopefully it's all back to normal by then, what ever that is Be Safe Richard

  23. Going to a small lake in Bruce County in the morning with 2 of my nephews 7:30 til 11:30 then off to a Wedding, but Sunday look out Smallies cuz I'm going to be all over ya's, 12 rods tied & ready to go, have a great day every body Bring them on Richard

I know 5 vehicles that have been cleaned out in the last few days, passenger windows smashed & Cellphone, Wallets & every thing else stolen, 1 in Walkerton by the Dam & the others by the side of the River while the guys were canoeing Burgoyne area, make sure you lock every thing in the trunk or leave it at home if you don't need it or take a 5 gallon pail & put every thing in it & take it with you should stay dry Richard
  25. How be 20 or 50 of us go there at the same time & let them deal with that, I have 2 Canoes & 2 Boats, maybe have a little Tourney Richard
