  1. Thats an awsome and now desktoped link Rick... Thanks loads, might use it myself sometime... I have one question myself as well though, Do the land owners around a river own the bottom of the river? so if you were wading in a river between private properties it would be on their land, therefore trespassing... Thanks for any help.

  12. Hey everyone... as some of you may or may not know I have my minnow tank setup andYesterday I switched from the 15 gal tank to a 50 Gallon tank... Put it in the garage and of course with the cold temps we have had it froze over with a thin film of Ice... the problem lies though in the filter... It gets ice in it and will stop... As of now i added a little fish tank heater by the filter and have a heat lamp pointed at the filter and water areound it... Have to see what happens tonight... Have an of you had this problem? how did you fix it? Thanks for any help It is much appreciated. Bill
  13. I think If you know what you are doing and follow the bait(who follow their food which is blows with the wind) depending on the wind, you will find fish... unless of course the water is Mud clear... I find that cold snaps also cause fish to be more lethargic and less aggressive, just like us in the cold Thats what I have found make the biggest differences...

  16. Hello all... Hit binbrook today for a couple of hours with no more than cold feet, hands and faces, and a couple of little perch to show for it.. wind was awful an there were whiteout conditions... Maybe I will have better luck next time... Unfortunatley the others had the same luck... and several in nice cozy huts did not even get a single bite, so I guess we can be thankful we didn't get skunked. What we did catch was on maggots on little jigs or minnows on little jigs.
