Yeah cliff river fishing is quite different.
Ive spend years journaling all the info I can to make patterns. I can tell you this, the biggest factor on a river is the fluctuation of depth
If you can figure out the rivers, lakes are easy(outside the big big bodies of water)
Take me to erie Id have no clue ???
Ive seen 3 personally but never enough time to take a pic
Its getting gnarly around here.
Massive amounts of deer, huge increase in wolf populations and now more and more cougars, all lookin for those grain fed deer.
Most of them are nowadays, each film usually has an agenda
It rarely ever shows both sides.
I watched one on fracking that was just a horrible misrepresentation of facts
Dnr and Cos both told me hes done for life.
Apperently he was previously busted poaching deer and lost his firearms license along with a hefty fine.
When I called MNR and DNR(boardering waters) he was caught right handed poaching, selling, and illegal firearm possesion.
Dumb ....
Our enforcement seems way way better up this way.
If i did something like that, no doubt all my equipment, vehicle would be seized, and id be in jail
I know because I reported a sturgeon poacher and he was hit with every rule in the book.
Whats the difference?
I have "snagged" a few pike walleye and one sturgeon(right in the butt)
How does one intentionally snag fish?
Like throw on a crank in a pool of salmon and just reef on them?
Hey simon what was the measurement on Jacks fish?
Was that a PB?
That kid(if he hasnt already) is gonna break the 30" mark waaaaaay before most!
And hes very well behaved in the boat!!!
I cant tell from the pic brother.
Thats why im asking.
The fish ive seen here look like knife work too but its clearly bear food.
Im just asking, like I said I dont know the area or the species or the loogans for that matter.
Just my own educational purposes?
Big time shame that this goes on
