Not saying its right but police are allowed to use hand held devices in the vehicle. Yes its stupid and hypocritical. Bluetooth is so widely available its shocking anyone chooses to "physically" txt a message nowadays. Good on everyone that uses hands free devices and bluetooth. I do think my idea is plausable and a good solution to eliminate the people txting and driving.

OI I said keep 911 emergency intact. You obviously need that function. And Goeff hit the nail one the head, sync the phone for the passenger or you cant use it to text/call.

Here is a techy solution which Im sure could easily be done today. Install software that disables the phone at speed. Let it operate in airplane mode at high speeds, and keep the emergency 911 function in tact. Dragons den here I come

Not to derail this thread but high cholesterol comes from liver issues, not food intake. Anyhow, I enjoy hotdogs every once in awhile. Thems good eats at the campfire with a few wobbly pops

Id buy a nice place on rainy lake and another on LOTWs. 2 new boats, a few side by sides, two new trucks and thats about it. A nice vacation once or twice a year and set the kids up good. Id have alot of toys but not much would change

Agreed! I made ALOT of fish. So ciabata and fish sandwiches for tomorrow. I call it dirty fish for two reasons 1 its multi species and the kids never knew untill today. 2 although you cant tell in the pic, sometimes I cook it in burnt potatoe crisps and burnt garlic in the oil. When it comes out it looks black and dirty but it adds a really nice flavour. Here is what it looks like up close in smellovision

Wanna here a weird death of a bird? No, well Im tellin ya anyways? 2 years ago at the cedarvale solar project. Show up early and there is a hawk sitting on the bench with its head tucked to the side. Weird. Stayed in the same spot, same position for probably like 8 hours. Then just fell over dead???

I did the kids dirty tonight for my sons bday??? we fished 3 lakes, theough a few hard rainfalls and hail. The end result is what I call the dirty plate(this is the first time the kids were in the boat so they finally know what it is lol) Walleye, pike, perch and crappie. All breaded and seasoned and cooked in oil with burnt potatoe crisps. This is a pic of a kids plate... Edited cause doug is creepy

Is it possible these fish are in an area competing for space with pike and or muskie? Ive seen pike take a swipe at other fish, not to eat them, but just kinda a "hey, this area is mine" type a thing

Always love these. Wish the other guy showed some enthusiasm lol. Weibe is a boss Ive fished falcon. It has some BIG pike. When he hooks the pike, if ya look to the right and down the shoreline, there is a lil feeder creek there that just stacks fish

Thats gnarly! Some people fail to realize that lightning can come in a variety of strenght. Anyone remember that football game where all you could see was the flash and most the players on the field dropped like flies?

We get a fair amount of tornados and big storms here. Ive seen lightning strike trees etc. My grandma was struck by lightning inside her house(through a window) but survived albeit alot of damage. Gnarliest ive seen though was a farm outside bemidgi and they had a big propane tank get struck during a big tornado. That place was toast.
