i started with 2 pcs rods as they were more convenient, after asking aroudn and trying different rods i switched to all 1 pcs. the best 2 pcs rod i have ever used was a St. Croix Legend Elite.

my mom used to live on a farm with 2 big ponds, each were stocked with smallmouth. was a blast to visit and go fishing....no huge fish, about 2 lb max. it was easier than hell to catch them, all you needed was a spinnerbait or jig and grub.

The older gen crucials are better than the current ones. Many pros won't use the new ones, too tip heavy and unbalanced.

Before buying a new tv pls decide on a MAX budget (just for the tv). Pls don't include cables, amps, bluray players, etc... I can tell you the retailers aren't making lots of margin on new TV's. With your budget pls go to 2001 audio video and ask for last years top models. I'd go Samsung or pany for plasma. Sharp or Samsung for LED. If you want 3D go LG for passive glasses. 2001 can offer the best deals, skip ff/bestbuy. Don't spend anymore than your max budget as prices will drop 30% a year.
