Packed up for travel. Setup ready to go. You may have to rig some type of bracket for your transducer? Also have a suction cup adapter so I can use it on my small 12ft'er. Small rechargable battery from Lebaron $25. Hope this helps, Bill.

I cut down a old hockey stick, drilled a few holes, bolts with wing nuts. Also uesd a small plastic cooler too hold battery, wires and mounted the bracket to the lid. Will post some pic's a bit later...

Good point, Terry. The old thing keeps locking up and have had it looked at and was told basically waist of money to fix. Don't download from net too much as on dial-up but that could change. A couple digital cameras in the household. Old had CD and new will be DVD so more could be done there. Not much into games (kids all growed up). Word,exel,powerpoint, etc. Thats about all I can think of right now

My wife suggested buying a new computer instead of getting each other big gifts for Xmas (got me off the hook ). Thinking of a package deal, everything I have now in todays standards is basically a door stop. In my area have been looking at Staples, the Source and futureslop but going to check out MDG. Any feedback, pros & cons would be helpful. Gonna wait till after Xmas too see the prices then, thinking of putting out about a grand... Thx, Bill.

Had a old 12ft at the cottage. Was out and about with a bud and we found a mid70's 7.5 merc at a beauty deal. Was asked if we split the cost of the motor could he fix up the boat and use it when he was at the cottage. A little TLC. a DAB of paint. Now she be the BLACK PEARL...
