I have a CP180 best unit i have owned to date Sorry cant help with the fish finder run a seperate unit but you can get a black box sounder for the cp180 I also have a standard horizon fixed dsc radio run into the chart plotter on the boat and a HX850s dsc portable in case I go over the side Couldnt be happier Peter

You can get pretty much any fish at all in Ontario there most stuff in large size bring your weapons get in the car and cruise around all sorts of back bays and inlets everywhere dont forget your attached to the big lake spinners/baits bodie baits life jacket rapalas damn man even a worm on a hook just do it

Not a chance in anyones lifetime on this board I grew up in the sunlight soap and javex era and have ingested enough of the former to make me extremily resilient to things ....seriously though no way whatsoever will I be jabbed with anything of the anti flu nature

There are also a few guys down by the harbour in Halifax closer to the container yard that offer ground fishing charters

Mackeral should be in the harbour now go to the back end by bedford basin there is a big chinese food resturant well used to be anyway big parking lot there have caught the odd striper there only other suggestion is to hit the road and head to the south shore lots of rivers lots of fish dont get caught without a fly rod in the rivers though. Bridgewater is a good spot for styripers and the Annapolis river in the Valley fish the power generator you can fish with a normal rod big wole makeral or eels work fantastic Cape Sable Island is good I can hook you up with a friend there if he isnt out fishing

To Steve-o and the guy holding the fish Fish Holder I know who you are and you know me and my family very well all I can say as a Bronte Boy I would of expected alot different from you what is up with that. I think you need to make nice and suck this crap up .Poor sport you should not be And I can tell you when I see you again I will let you know how I really feel Its a small world and I will likely see you at Franks or on the peir or who knows on the water even. I love sleeping dont get me wrong I love to get up early to fish or hunt and I do get the most of a day almost always but when I sleep its the rest of the dead once or twice a year i will sleep for 24 hrs get up to have a wee and then back under the blankies I learned along time ago to take powernaps and make them work for you as for energy drinks that would just throw me over the top Im naturally in overdrive all the time dont need any turbo charging.

Bottom line is this dont come here looking to hide man up in your own country

Let us not forget the numerous derby's that happen on the lake you have to have a dead fish to weigh for most. I can tell you there are alot of people that have imaginary 30lb+ fish add to this and it does not include the "flossers"the dufusus that go down at night to kick them out of the water to split them for eggs by the pail full and leave them to rot on the shore.
