Saw Styx at Casino Rama (Orillia, Ontario) on Friday night, including a newer canadian band member some of you will be familiar with. Lawrence (Larry) Gowan. A smart move as he fit in perfectly with the band. Tommy Shaw's voice is as solid as ever and the guitar work he and James Young (JY) displayed was wicked. The show was awesome. One of the best concerts I've ever seen. Afterwards, Laura and I ventured into the casino. I set her up with enough slot credits to keep her busy. While I checked out the card tables, I ran into fellow OFNCer TJ Quensel. He was at the concert too, along with his possey of buddies. One of them was getting married for the second time and he spotted his ex at the casino. What a soap opera. Spent some time at the bar being entertained by the possey and their tutu wearing leader, who was feeling no pain. All gestures, acts, conversation and topics discussed (they talked, I nodded and smiled a lot) would not be appropriate for this board, or any other I can think of, so....... what happened at the casino, stayed at the casino. A great night out for the Mrs. & I. We needed the break, even if it was only a few hours.

There's a bait on the market someone told me about that's guaranteed to catch any fish in the immediate area. Some kind of tube shaped body with a long, thin tail. Usually brown/red in colour. Leters TNT on the side.

I think this topic was covered not long ago. Still nasty seeing the video the second time. I'll stick to community swimming pools near home. Although, some cougars and the odd barracuda are known to frequent the area. Guess you just can't escape the dangers of the wild, even in a large city.

I get smoked Carp ribs everytime I BBQ. Burtess, the ribs in that picture are making me drool.

I've always put it in my cars or trucks. A bit of extra oil in the gas won't hurt, especially when it's diluted with the rest of the fuel in the tank. Took a course in snowmobile repair and the instructor woked on high performance racing engines. He said gas begins to go bad after about a month, but the average person wouldn't notice.

Awe shucks. Those fish are too pretty. You just can't catch carp as ugly and fat as me anymore. The swimming bulldogs I like to call them. Keep at 'em.
