I doubt it, drove over the narrows at Atherly today and there was lots of open water there, plus the temps have been above 0 I think which doesn't help the conditions any..I'm not sure but I would think you would need more than 3-4 inches for safe ice for the huts...I know you need more than a foot of it to get me to step on it ..you're best to call them and find out for sure what the ice conditions are. Hey Wayne, safe trip down 12 to Oshawa and back, I guess all the slippery stuff was on the 400/401/404 I'm sure Leah had no problems at all. I think we left around the same time, but she likely passed me when I made one of my 3 stops on the way down Maureen

Ok, other than financial reasons, why do so many people want to avoid jury duty? I know the system is a pain in the butt, I spent the morning in court today, second day as a witness in a trial by judge. I recieved a questionaire regarding jury duty, and have no problem serving on one if I am called to do so. Maureen

Hey all, this is a last ditch, last minute desparate attempt here....in this weeks CTC sale flyer there is a toy, Super Moto TV arcade game, page 6 bottom left hand corner, product number 50-4388-4 It's on for half price, and sale ends tonight I just saw the thing yesterday and it would be pretty much perfect for a young lad I know. The problem is that the store in Midland doesn't have any (not sure if they did) and no store in Barrie has any. My usual back up in Parry Sound is on vacation and I'm not in Toronto this today. Is anyone near a CTC they would be willing to check, and purchase for me and I will get to you this weekend if at all possibe???? It is 50.00 so it's not cheap. Thanks everyone Maureen

Just heard one fire fighter recieved a minor injury, separated shoulder, but 7 hours later the fire is still smoldering, and the snow is not helping maureen

Hey all, it's snowing pretty good out there from north of Barrie to Aurora, so far the roads are ok, but they are snow covered and some are getting icy now.... Maureen
