I'm yet to get over to eagle from Kenora, kinda hard to when lotw is at your doorstep. But I have a couple buddies that fish eagle regularly and ive seen the pics of the giants they catch.

Jacks Lake in port loring has crappie in it, havent been there in a few years though. Nip is still open for musky until the end of November I beleave

Casting the 47 was suspended off a deep main lake point, the boat was in 50ft of water, and the other hit trolling over about 25ft of water trolling. We where marking bait in the top 10ft of water, so we switched over one line to blades to stay up high and it paid off.

Heres 2 musky me and my brother caught in the last week, his was a pb at 47 inches, mine was 50.5 on the bump board. One caught trolling and his was caught casting

why must lefties always be left out? It's ok though just picked up a calcutta te for next season

Hey guys as it stands now i wont likly make it tomorrow not feeling all that great today, if i feel better later in the day tomorrow i will try to swing out.

Good to hear you got out on the last day of the season, My boat has been put away since late october. Its gonna be a long winter till the 3rd weekend in june

When i first started fishing musky i had pretty much the same set up you have same reel and a 6'6 gorilla stick. I used 20lb power pro with 24 inch leaders to troll and never lost a fish and boated my pb a 52 1/2 incher on it. along with 15 others that summer get a good 85 to 100lb floro leader and you shouldnt have any issues.

Anyone have any sugestions on colors or baits that hae been working up there this year, was up there at the start of the month and lost one night trolling and had one blow up on a buddies jackpot. Making another trip up there this friday. This is new water to me, I'm used to fishing LOTW Any feed back would be great Rides
